• Each session will last 50 minutes and will occur at the same time and day each week. Your session time is exclusively reserved for you and will not be offered to others.

• Our work agreement is for a weekly, open-ended series of sessions, and we will regularly evaluate the progress of our work together.

• Sessions will start and end on time. If you're running late but can still join within the session, please let me know. In these cases, the session will still end at the scheduled time. However, if I'm delayed, I'll ensure you get the full session time.

• Session fees are due weekly, before our scheduled session time.

• I require a two week notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. If you provide the required notice for a canceled session, no fee will be due. Outside of this notice period, the full fee is applicable for all sessions, whether attended or canceled.

• Although not always possible, I will endeavour to provide you with an alternative session time during weeks when you can't make our usual appointment. This can include a combination of in- person and online sessions.

• Please be aware I do work on Bank Holidays and sessions will be scheduled to continue as normal.

• I take eight weeks of annual leave each year, and I will provide you with ample notice of these dates.
